HeadsTogether - Getting Involved

This site is about celebrating people and communities in Scotland. It is about the inspiration, talent and energy that make a difference.

Sharing Your Community's Story

You can share your project's story here and get inspired by others - just click the 'Register - add a project' cloud, fill in your email address and preferred password and the site will take you through the steps.

You can also connect with and comment on other projects and make the connections that could help with the next stage in your community's project.

HeadsTogether - Blog

This is also about communities from across Scotland having the chance to talk to one another about their successes and plans for the future. The blog page gives everyone a chance to discuss the issues that matter. Simply click on 'Blog' to the left to join the discussion!

OurGreatIdeas - Your Ideas

This site is for communities and people across Scotland - you can help decide how it grows and develops. Use the Blog page to discuss what you like, anything you don't like and any changes that would make the site easier to use or that will let your community get more from the site.

Empowering Our Communities

Have you ever thought... if only you could have changed one thing, your project would have been easier to get off the ground or it would have been more successful?

Are certain issues preventing you from taking forward an idea that could make a difference for your community?

Your knowledge and experience could make a difference and potentially help change 'that thing' or sort 'that issue'.

The Scottish Government are currently consulting on a Community Empowerment and Renewal Bill that aims to make the changes that will help communities take independent action to achieve their own goals and make sure communities have a say in the decisions that affect their area.

Have a look at the consultation paper and share your experiences by responding to the consultation:  www.scotland.gov.uk/Consultations
