Engage Renfrewshire

‘Engage Renfrewshire’ is the single door access for community action, volunteering and the local social enterprise sector in Renfrewshire. Our vision is for high levels of volunteering and community activity as well as confidence in the voluntary sector across Renfrewshire.
We work hard to ensure that we are viewed as a valued, highly regarded strategic partner and first point of contact for volunteering and voluntary sector issues. We hope to be known for our professionalism, flexibility, responsiveness and innovation. Our staff and volunteers are highly skilled and we seek to act as a model of best practice.
We are committed to supporting inclusive communities, developing volunteers, and we want to improve the ability of the local Third Sector to deliver better, more efficient services. We also act to ensure that where possible local Third Sector organisations are engaged appropriately by the public sector regards potential delivery contracts.
Our organisation delivers key services for the community and voluntary sector as well as public sector partners. We lead on Renfrewshire’s community capacity building function and aim to maximise the contribution community learning can make in Renfrewshire.
